I have been looking at ways to OVER DELIVER to you .. especially my paid subscribers of the Top Originator Underground. So I have created this new section called Mindset Mondays.
In this section every Monday I will provied you with a thought/strategy /concept about the mental game of Mortgage Banking.

First let me explain the 2 quotes above
They are both accurate- but the first one is VERY DANGEROUS- because it suggests you can THINK good things and they will happen.
Of course we need to think postively but without action nothing happens.

Think of a 500lb person who is eager to lose weight- That person can’t sit on the sofa eating donuts but thinking positively about losing weight.

MORTGAGE BANKING AND ALL SALES IS A MENTAL GAME!
Let’s not bullshit each other here…
Our emotions go from exuberance and excitment to almost suicidal each and every day depending on what is happening..

YES you must conceive what your success looks like
YES- you must believe you can do it
YES- you must take action to make it happen and NOT GIVE UP when times are challenging
YES- You must do the work and hopefully you are getting some proven strategies here to use..
YES- you must track your progress so I created to the Top Originator Software

But it all starts with your own self image- which is a deflated and nervous one for many originators right now..

FUNNY- I was just thinking of my high level coaching members-
Yes I taught them tactics and shortcurs and strategies but every meeting and every one on one call was really more of a mental therapy session than tactical..

TACTICS ARE EASY TO TEACH AND EVEN TO IMPLEMENT
But if your head is not in the right place they won’t work… if they do work and your head is NOT in the right place your success will only be short term
