INDEPENDENCE — That’s a big word and one that should be celebrated in all areas of life. But for many of us we build a mortgage business where we are actually very dependent and lack indepence !
We depend on others like realtors and referral sources to “send” us referals
We depend on rates and the economy —- this one is making everyone feel pain right now
We depend on our company to provide good products and rates
We depend on our staff to get the job done and the deal to settlement
THAT IS CLEARLY NOT INDEPENDENCE
But that is what we signed up for right— GREAT HIGHS AND VERY LOW LOW’s

Whether rates were 12 -9- or 7% * i have been in all of these markets over the past 40 years
