For the past week I have been sharing some thoughts with you about what I consider two BIG MISTAKES we are taught as loan officers about marketing to agents.
The first is doing it one to one- get one agent at a time and try to convince them to use you !
The second is — TRYING to CONVINCE THEM to use you instead of positioning yourself to INSTANTLY be the expert in their eyes..

So I picked up the phone and actually had a very nice conversation with him about this…
Here is the bottom line
You DON”T HAVE TO MARKET to agents one at a time — You can get in front of 50-100 of them at one time.. and its much more effective
You don’t have to convince them of anything
YOu can TEACH them and HELP them — in a group setting
When they leave they will hand you their cards… yes — they really do
YOU CAN ATTRACT 50 NEW AGENT PARTNERS IN THE NEXT 30 days!!!
