And you obviously make more…. with less effort
* just to be clear- go for the middle in your market whatever that number is..*
Go thru your deals-for the past 2 years
See what your average loan amount is..
See which agents give you the most deals in that range.. and pay special attention to them…
Go after more agents that are closing deals in that range..
It may be geography related … so focus!!!
Doing this excercise will give you a much better handle on your business
What your average loan size and commission is
If you raise that with a concentrated effort you also raise your income!!!
