Sometimes we also dream of “what could be “ or “what used to be”

BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO MAKE IT HAPPEN … THEN
you must set a deadline… and have a plan for attaining it and take action..

EXAMPLE- I WANT TO EARN 100,000 dollars by DEC 2024

STEP 1- Identify how much you earn on each loan
if you earn 5000 on a loan than you need 20 new loans
If you have 5 agents who each do 4 loans a year ( 1 per quarter) than you have 100,000

STEP 2- Identify these agents that are selling homes consistently that would generate a 5000 commission per loan ( 500,000 loan and you earn 100bps)

STEP 3. Come up with a plan to meet these agents…
Invite them to an educational event you host

Invite them to meet you and discuss your homebuyer workshop program that generates deals weekly

There are a number of ways to crack the agent code

But the point here is not to dream about it - think about it or wish for it
Come up with a plan and implement it…. !!!! most importantly give it a deadline and review your progress daily… and make adjustments if necessary
