WHAT IS YOUR ACTUAL GOAL
WHY DO WANT THIS GOAL— BE VERY SPECIFIC
WHEN WILL YOU ACHEIVE IT BY
You must have a BURNING desire to acheive it…
DO YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE YOU CAN AND WILL ACHEIVE IT
WHAT TOOLS AND ACTIONS DO YOU NEED TO ACHEIVE IT
MONTHLY YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TRACK
and if you are NOT why? what do you need to do differently..
EXAMPLE- I will do 1,000,000 a month consistently
My average loan is 330,000
I need to do 3 loans per month
I will have 9 agents who I have identified who each do 4 sales a year 36/loans.
I will meet them by teaching classes for associations and in partnership with title companies at my own events
I will do this monthly
Once I have met them I will send them a newsletter each month
Enter them in my database
Provide them with list reports and homebot
I will speak with them weekly we will schedule a hombuyer workshop or workshops that will run on autopilot weekly…
Each monday I will call these agents with the results of the previous weeks buyers ..
I will provide these agents with co -branded flyers.. and also with other tools to generate new business for both of us.. including mailing to apartment complexes
I will consider my own podcast/radio show and have my select agents on as guests as well as other potential referal sources like accountants - attorneys and financial planners
I WILL BLOCK THE TIME TO DO THIS WEEKLY … SAME DAY AND TIME EACH WEEK…
Once a month I will review these goals to see if they were achieved and what worked and what didn’t and why …
