That is why I schedule appts with myself … and I treat them LIKE A REAL LOAN APP … What would come up during your day that would make you miss an application with a qualified buyer who just bought a home.. .NOTHING…
Schedule time to :
Do weekly status updates and let your listing and selling agents know the updates
Follow up with agents you have not spoken to in a while
Time to WORK ON YOUR BUSINESS and marketing
Time to review your numbers and know WHERE your business is coming from and what efforts are or are NOT working
I call these sessions MILLION DOLLAR LOAN APPS because if you work ON your business it will grow!!!
Yes this sounds so simple and easy that most originators read this and move on…

Schedule those times with yourself and keep them as an appt you would not miss weekly
