I'm Sorry but I really need to get this off my chest

Good Morning ,
Hope you had a great weekend. Actually I was pretty busy this weekend and wrote 7 pre-approval letters.

That’s refreshing because that last 2 weeks felt like I had my phones and emails shut off it was so slow- In fact- I actually called my office # just to make sure it was working!

I woke up this morning and felt I needed to some things off my chest-
THIS WILL NOT BE “ G” or even PG rated.. so just giving you a heads up before you dig too deep..

I AM TRULY SICK AND TIRED OF THE BULLSHIT BEING SENT TO LOAN OFFICERS DURING THIS PARTICULAR PERIOD IN OUR BUSINESS!!!

THIS IS NOT A TIME TO SPEND MONEY ON SCRIPTS AND OTHER NONSENSE BEING SENT TO YOU FROM “FAKES” WHO EITHER NEVER ORIGINATED OR DID SO MANY YEARS AGO..

Actually I know many of these folks and in some cases am sad to admit that many learned their “tactics” by being in my own coaching groups many years ago..

WHY SAD?
Because they are simply VOMITING the same information I taught them from many years ago
IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY THEN..
But we are in different times and a VERY different market..

So let me just come out and say it—

Calling agents and begging SUCKS and DOESN”T WORK!
Paying for their ads- SUCKS and also doesn’t work but it makes you need to be available 24/7

BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER…. JUST ASK YOURSELF IF YOU ARE DOING OK FOLLOWING THEIR DIRECTIONS.. ?????
If you are -GREAT — you can stop reading right here and go back to work

BUT IF YOU ARE LIKE MOST- YOU KNOW YOU NEED AN EDGE RIGHT NOW AND WHAT THEY ARE SELLING /TEACHING YOU MAKES YOU FEEL A BIT UNEASY— BUT YOU ARE PRAYING IT WORKS… RIGHT?

Let me stop for a second- I am in the last quarter of my career and I originate every single day- I don’t manage- or pretend— I actually hunt- and catch my prey
( agents and buyers) then ORIGINATE the loan and follow it up to closing ..

Ask them if they do? make them prove it to you — I CAN and so Can Mike Midget my partner..

One of these “experts” is really only doing training so he can hire and recruit originators to his brokerage….not sure why he keeps it a secret though>???

Anyway- I have alot more to get off my chest but this post is already getting too long !

Truthfully- most of what you have been taught simply is INCORRECT
It Sounds good- but you know as well as I do that it doesn’t work and clearly isn’t working for you now..

SUMMING IT UP- DON’T CHASE— ATTRACT INSTEAD..
But that sentence is pretty simplistic - It’s much deeper than that and anyone can do it

Heck- I have now done it 3 times with Great SUCCESS starting at ZERO ..
