One of the little tricks I use to gain traction and momentum is to publicly state my goals for the year. Some may say it foofy feel good talk and others might be too nervous to do it.
BUT WHEN YOU STATE YOUR GOALS TO THE WORLD PUBLICLY SOMETHING MAGICAL HAPPENS…
It doesn’t happy consciously but it does happen below the radar subsconsiously.
MY GOAL FOR 2021 is
50,000,000 - average loan 280,000 and 180 units - 15 a month 3-4 per week-80% purchase business

In fact - to be really corny- write it down and pin it up on your laptop or board or wherever your eyes are focused each and every day.
