I was speaking with a loan officer yesterday who is struggling a bit
He has 2- 3 agents that regularly send him business..
So a few questions - and then some math and a solution
What are y ou doing to get business from these agents..
He’s using social media - and has had some success
BUT- Wouldn’t it be easier and more productive to have 40 or 50 in a room
do a presenation that shows them how to sell more homes- and build 3-4 or more strong partnerships?
OBVIOUSLY YES— and thats why I share what I do in the 50 agents in 30 days program
But let’s get back to the math
Want to make 150,000 — your avearge commission is 3000
so you need 50 loans
Can you find 12 agent partners who each give you 4 deals a year
DO YOUR OWN MATH HERE— !!! seriously
THAT’S THE MORE REALISTIC WAY TO VIEW THIS..
Agents come and go - succeed and fail.. so you must be constantly strengthening those relationships and building new ones..
You can attract agents cold calling-cold visiting- and even on social media
BUT ARE THEY THE RIGHT AGENTS…..
Hate to get vulgar- but STOP AND THINK ABOUT THIS …
You know the girl or guy who “GETS WITH YOU ON THE FIRST DATE”
Is it because YOU are special? or just who SHE/HE is?
