Ever call a prospect and then have them GHOST YOU?
Just happened to me and there is of course a valuable lesson to learn.
The best prospects are those that are referred to you either by a realtor or a past client or friend. Some can also come from other great service providers like CPA’s and Attorney or financial planners.

But for right now here are some thoughts on this and a situation that happened to me Monday and I am sure happens to you daily.
