INCOME -650,000
AVERAGE LOAN- 350,000
# OF LOANS NEEDED 142

LOANS PER MONTH -12

WHERE WILL THEY COME FROM MONTHLY

A. REALTORS - 4 — TO DO 4 LOANS PER MONTH YOU NEED 12 LOYAL AGENTS WHO WILL GIVE YOU 4 DEALS A YEAR…

B. WORKSHOPS TO CONSUMERS /PR- 4

C.REFERRALS FROM PROFESSIONALS- 2

D. REFERRALS FROM PAST CLIENTS - 2

Now we have numbers - we can and should review them monthly to see what might be working and what might not

What will you do to generate these deals each month.

A. I will do at least one workshop in person or online either at boards of realtors and /or with title companies and/or as direct office meetings
B, I will continue to promote my workshops direct to consumers
This year I intend to market the Good Neighbor Program targeted at teachers/ fire/emt and police
C. I will provide CE credit hour classes for divorce attorneys and bankruptcy attorneys and continue to ask my exisiting list for introductions to their piers
I will also be inviting them to write for my newsletter and be a guest on my podcast

D. I will continue to send my surveys asking for referrals
send my newsletter by mail and provide monthly market updates
