We have all wondered at some point what the "magic" phrase would be to get agents to give us a try.
There are guru's who try to sell you scripts and other BS- but the truth is that they are nervous too. They want to sell more homes and most woudl actually want to give you a try if you GIVE THEM A REASON TO..

So one of the ways I break thru this noise is by offering to do a homebuyer workshop with them.. but I actually take it a step further and make it VERY EASY for them.
I do the work- and then we do the workshop and THEN I have the recorded webinar play each and every week -
