Just got off a call with a coaching member and I wanted to write to you and see what your thoughts are..

1. Identifying the right agents
Most of us give very little thought to this
Having a goal — written- with a plan for its acheivement - and tracking progress to see if we are meeting that goal
Mine 25 agents that do 4 deals a month consistently on the buy side with an average loan of 500,000 =500,000 income a yearWhat to do to attract these agents so you don’t have to beg or make the dreaded phone calls - or popping in unannounced and being an annoying pest
Now that you have attracted them- what do you say
What is the “persuasion and influence techniques” that so few know and are never taught to you ..not some cheezy script but real influenceHow Can you INSTANTLY PROVIDE value to them and help them grow their business … there are many ways - one of which is homebuyer workshops
How to now make them loyal partners and force them to refer you in a way that benefits them as well… ( sneaky but effective)
What I have found is that every loan officer struggles with a different part of this… and each part has its own solutions
MASTER ALL PARTS AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO
Miss one of these and the rest of the machine simply doesn’t work but you never really understand why
Which is why I have been racking my brain for the past year on how to best provide you with the solutions..
