hink about what this book would be like if you and I were sitting in a room with you seeing me and hearing me and actually seeing the expression on my face. We have all become used to email but the problem is that people can’t interact with an e-mail and you can only hope it gets delivered.
When I first started as an originator I was told to go out and meet Realtors and builders and ask for business.
Man, have things changed.
Today, due to technology, you won’t find agents just hanging around the office. Their entire business can be conducted on a cell phone or tablet. In fact, the whole real estate office model seems to be going away with new only ONLINE brokerages opening up
But the reality is that people still give business to other people, so you have to find a way to add your personality to your communications with your buyers and referral sources.
