Do You Do This On Monday Mornings?
It's a great reason to call an agent- without a cheezy script
It’s Monday Morning and I know many guru’s are telling you to call your 40-50 cold agents and annoy them … oops - sorry I mean contact them.
But what if you actually had a reason to call them and something to give them that would actually turn into a sale.
That’s what I do every single Monday morning.
My top agents and I have done a special type of homebuyer workshop
I recorded it and it plays on auto pilot ( work done once that gives us buyers over and over)
They put it into their first contact emails with new buyers and they promote on their own social channels.. ( there are other ways we promote it as well)
Every Monday I get to call them with the results from the past week with who attended the workshops- these of course are HOT buyers…
Think about this for a minute
These buyers have already heard who we are - what we know and already feel like they know us even though we have never spoken to them … pretty cool..
here’s a sample from this morning .. and I am about to call the agent but wanted to share this with you here first..
Some weeks there are 10-15 people on this list - other weeks just a few..
THIS ALL WORKS FOR A FEW REASONS
The agent and I are partners and you are showing you want to help - not just a handout
You are not BEGGING but an equal partner
You are staying in touch weekly without needing a CHEEZY sales script
You are generating buyers
I am sure most of us have tried homebuyer workshops with varying degrees of success But I am going to peel back the curtain and share EVERYTHING I know and ACTUALLY DO with homebuyer workshops on Jan 4th
Here are the details- limited to 50 orignators- and I hope you can make it

BTW- it doesn’t have to be for first time buyers- these workshops can be for investors
self employed- credit challenged. etc..
Remember the key point here is to not beg when you call but instead to provide value—
THAT’S THE KEY!
Have a great week
