AGENT 2- the mid level agent who wants to grow
AGENT 3 is part time or about to retire and is just barely hanging on
MY FAVORITE IS AGENT 2 — and often they become agent 1 but treat you well and work with you because you have a history
They appreciate your help and guidance
They are easier to attract and keep loyal..
