I want to share a marketing lesson with you today. One that is very subtle but VERY IMPORTANT to your success and when learned will attract buyers to you like a magnet.
Let’s say you need to hang a picture
The first thing you do is get a hammer and a nail
You can debate about which hammer or which nail but at the end of the day all you really want is a hole in the wall to hang your picture on.
SO WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR LOAN OFFICERS???
No one wakes up and says WOW I really want a mortgage
What people want
- wealth created by real estate
- a place that is theirs
- The ability to do what they want
-Stable payments and not worrying about rent increases
- a place to retire or a place to raise their family and make memories..
THEY WANT A HOLE
But all we talk about as loan officers is hammers and nails
