Alot of what we do as originators is kinda foolish-
But if you look around at what others are doing — and do the same things— it’s understandable.
Grab a paper- and see if you are doing any of these foolish things
Listening to GURUS’ who don’t originate-
I know the guys at next level- they are ORIGINATORS just like me and actually do what they are showing you
There is another large group of people who don’t
When their emails land in your box - send them a reply asking them how many loans they personally closed or originated last month…
Not 20 years ago or 10 years ago— but last month-
If you don’t get a reply— you’ll know to unsubscribeBegging agents for business instead of attracting them to you like bees to honey
and hoping they will use you instead of being a true partner and providing value — together with them…
I actually cover this in great detail in the Cracking The Agent Code program
If money is tight- take the paypal option so you can have six months with no payment or interest.. while you implement it and close deals

3. NOT COMMUNICATING and relying only on emails
Not everyone opens emails-
Call them
Write them a letter
Send a video
text them
ALWAYS use multiple means of communications
When I do a pre-approval- I call them- I send them an email
then we send them a letter and cards…
I share all of my communications in the Crack the Agent code program

Picking the wrong agents
You can’t and shouldn’t think every agent is a good fit for you
THEY ARE NOT!!!
Evaluate your agents and see which ones are a pain - get rid of them
and which ones yuo need to build deeper relationships with.
If you need help attracting agents- and keeping track -
