You have to actually do something to be out in front and also VERY VISIBLE

1. Partner with a title company and provide educational classes to agents that are designed to show your expertise and engage them to start a relationship with them…

The benefit here is you inviting your agents and PROVIDING VALUE and the title company partner inviting their agents- You are both gaining new relationships..

Think about this versus what you are being told to do ..
THey are telling you to cold call agents- and visit open houses and do all sorts of other crap that has you frustrated and feeling like you want to throw in the towel and say
F IT while this has you already positioned as someone providing value .. Someone agents can feel like they already know -like- trust
Someone they want to do business with … !! YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here are the steps
1. choose a title company
2. Choose whether you want to do this on line or in person - and if in person I suggest a hotel salon
3. Pick a date and time- I like thursdays-and I like 9:30 am if live- or 11 am or 1 pm if online
4. Pick a topic
5. Create your flyers and promote it… of course set up your meeting- you can use zoom or go to meeting
6. Have some giveaways - they don’t have to be expensive- could be a 20 dollar amazon gift card drawing..
7. COnduct the event and follow up with the attendees — trust me- they will be reaching out to you too..
