Not sure if you remember my story- so here is the Readers Digest Version— Cliff notes for our younger readers
Was a successful originator - manger- company owner for over 20 years..
Decided to get into the information marketing business and trained 1000’s of the top originators in the country - many are now people you might actually listen to..
SOLD my mortgage business and training business and went off into the sunset in 2010..
Buyers I sold to went bankrupt- tried a few other things and businesses and came back to the mortgage business in 2013..
NO REAL CONTACTS - I sold my list of agents and customers when I sold the business

1. Understand that agents want to sell homes— they truly don’t give a shit about anything else you are vomitting on them
2. You need to get in front of them and WOOOO them— not call them for coffee on mondays’
3.THIS WILL SOUND STRANGE— BUT STAY WITH ME
there is a right agent to go after and a wrong one
You must ATTRACT not BEG…
YOU CAN GET IN FRONT OF 50 of them at a time instead of 1 at a time
AND THEY will actually HAND YOU THEIR CARD and ask for a meeting if you do it right..
4. YOU can find these agents thru 2 special groups— right under your nose — who NEED YOUR HELP with their agents..
5. After they have handed you their card and you do actually meet them — you must be able to provide immediate value to make them a PARTNER… !!! ( re-read that)
