We all want to Close More Loans- Make More Money and Have Time To Enjoy life -that ‘s a phrase I coined in the early 2000’s and has been ripped off by almost every Guru in our industry.
What I am going to share with you is very basic and simple which is why it is always overlooked.

But are you focused on the right agents? Not every agent is worth your time and effort
You should not be pursuing every agent-
Some are more active than others
Some are only focused on listings
Some are just not that good
Just because someone is an agent doesn’t mean they are worth your time and effort to build a relationship with..
Most originators are trying to go wide- with as many agent relationships as possible but the opposite is what works
Go deep with 10-15 or 20 of THE RIGHT AGENTS- the ones that work with buyers !!!
Example-
20 agents who sell 4 homes a year that you have a VERY STRONG relationship with will put you at 80 loans a year-
NEXT— WHAT ARE THESE AGENTS ACTUALLY SELLING
Are they working mostly with first time buyers- or investors or luxury buyers or move up or move down buyers?
You need to know this…
It actually takes less time and effort to close a 500,000 loan than it does a 200,000 with grants..
By increasing your loan sizes strategically you also increase your income without increasing your work
DUH? yes- but did you really ever stop to strategically plot out which agents to target based on these factors
